Every 60-minute session is tailored specifically to you, your meal prep goals, and your lifestyle as a musician. I recommend a single session if you're brand new to meal prep coaching or simply want to “touch up” your cooking routine.

If you are looking to give your meal prep routine a little makeover or desire some extra accountability, a three-pack of sessions can be a great place to start. While I recommend spacing these sessions out evenly for best results, you are free to use them as needed!
